Christian talk-host calls Farah book ‘unbiblical’
A Christian radio talk-show host has labeled Joseph Farah’s new book, “None of the Above,” as unbiblical because it advocates not voting for either of the two major-party presidential candidates this November.

Janet Parshall, host of “Janet Parshall’s America,” syndicated by the Salem Radio Network, told Christian TV host John Ankerberg Sunday, “There’s a book floating around now called ‘None of the Above’ that advocates exactly the position that you talked about. When we do that we have advocated the antithetical position to what we know to be biblical truth. Because, when we sit it out, what we’re saying, in essence, is, ‘Our vote doesn’t count. We don’t care to influence and occupy.’ The other person’s vote takes precedence. The other person de facto gets the vote.”

She and others of her ilk are so full of it and have lost anything the Bible says bout our gov’t.  Not voting at all is not unbiblical..however that’s not what farah is saying..just not to vote the two carbon copy cadidates.  Parshall and others of her ilk need to realize we can vote for whomever we want..even if it’s nobody and that choice is perfectly Constitutional and biblical.  Nice try but the more I watch these “conservative” commentators the more I see how far away form the Bible they have become.  They are as bad as the Liberals who wrap their failed and dangerous policies with the Bible..it’s too bad these “pillars of light” are doing the same thing.

It has been a crazy few months for me and frankly the strain was getting to me. For the first time in a long time i was able to set the world aside and think about what i wanted to do…besides sleep. I wanted to praise Jesus..something I have not done in far too long. So far it’s been 4 hours and the praise is going strong and even though i am physically tired spritually i am still going on. Jesus, thank you for taking this sinner and forgiving him. I want you to know how much that means to you..and the only way to do that is through praise and worship. This praise is all for you Jesus.

Hillary: Free-market doctrine not for today

Many many folks are not going to pay attention to this.  Obama is not much better and honestly neither is mccain.  Please pay attention and also read the Constitution.  Once you read that document and then look at what all of these folks stand for..go look at Ron Paul..remember you can write in a candidate and the vote is legit.

I recently canceled their dsl service due to them taking 1/3 of my bandwidth away.  When i called to find out what was going on i was told be glad you have that much by more than one tech support person.  That same day i called comcast and went to their high-speed.  Now it turns out they never deactivated my dsl account as i have been charged for the entire march billing period.  When i call in this time I get told they won’t refund the entire charge because the cancellation was only for today.  I told them they should credit me the whole thing as it’s their issue that they didn’t cancel the service when i asked them to.  The person then told me the fact is that we are not going to credit you anything but a prorated refund for htis billing period.  Looks like as soon as comcast digital voice comes along verizon goes totally bye-bye…of course me and my wife could go totally cellular and bypass both of them.  The discussions continue as to which option this household is going to use but it won’t be verizon.

No Krakana: Stumbling through a Tuesday
Most folks just don’t want to accept the fact that the new Knight Rider is a very well done and thought out sequel to the original. I think the hangup is that it is a Mustang instead of a T/A. They would have a valid argument if GM did not cancel the camaro/Firebird/TA series. Frankly I think the new K.I.T.T rocks and i think the casting is well done. I will watch every episode then if it’s not picked up i’ll buy the dvd the instant it comes out..or find a rip on the net. I like this show and frankly the critics need to open their minds a bit instead o whining over the past.

Some of the criticism includes it’s a ford advertisement. Well DUH! The original series was a TA advertisement. There is multiple shots of the cobra logo and whatnot..maybe that angle is a bit over the top but it’s well done. The weekly series needs some tweaks but all in all it’s a good sequel to the original. Let’s see if it gets picked up.

*update* Kidan points out another series of issues with folks complaining bout the storyline and acting. Honestly when Knight rider first started it was pretty corny but evolved very rapidly. I don’t expect K.I.T.T. to be anything than what he was at first. The original K.I.T.T. did not have a “personality” until well into the first season. I’m thinking it will be the same here(unless Val isn’t able to talk with any kind of personality). I still think it was a good pilot..if it gets picked up then i’ll give it a chnace to gel..:)
