All of that is true.

Of course, at times one must make the decision to not purchase items from the cheapest places because of other factors. Specifically the way I’m treated a Wal-Mart means that I’m paying 2-5% more by shopping at Kroger. I do it willingly, and happily; knowing full well that I’m spending extra for the sole ability to be treated decently by the employees.

That said, our budget for food (and other essentials) is $75 a week, but we are a family of four, and fresh fruit is expensive.

Agreed the first report was a lie. How would the CPS workers be able to tell? By law they must investigate any report of child abuse.
If 14 year old girls are being spiritually married and forced to have sex, that’s child sexual abuse under state law.
As an attorney once said to me, “If the police break into your house by mistake and confiscate your cocaine, I may be able to get you released but don’t expect me to get you your cocaine back.”

If the FLDS have practiced child sexual abuse, would we really expect them to return the children to their abusers?
